Calendar Invitation Cannot Be Sent Iphone Message

Apparently apple still does not fully play well with others.

Calendar invitation cannot be sent iphone message. To switch off calendar go to settings calendar accounts and select the account you are thinking creating problem and turn calendar off. Now restart your iphone and turn calendar back on. You can try settings accounts and passwords.

If this pop up message is still showing on your iphone you can try switching off the calendar of your iphone. The reason you re getting the your response to the invitation cannot be sent notification is because you ve sent a response accepted or rejected to a calendar invitation and because of an error the response cannot be sent therefore you ll keep receiving the notification. Now select any account might be causing the problem and turn off the calendar for that account.

Problem is with a google user who sent a calendar invite that i accepted and then they deleted it on their end. Fix did not work. The frustrating part is even if you tap the ok button it pops up back again a minute later and it never stops.
