Calendar Reminder Email Outlook
Users copy the appointments that they want reminders for to their own calendar.
Calendar reminder email outlook. Add or update reminders choose new appointment or open an appointment by double clicking on the event. Set the default amount of time at which you want to receive reminders before new calendar items for example 15 minutes 30 minutes etc. There two options available.

Under calendar options select or clear default reminders. In outlook 2007 create a new appointment by clicking the file new appointment. Select advanced in the outlook options dialog box.
Create or open an appointment with one of following methods. If it s a recurring event you can change the reminder for a single event or the entire series. Select more options in the calendar event edit window.
Check the flag for me box. In the custom dialog box you can set the reminders for yourself and other recipients as follows. In the reminders section select show reminders.
In the flag for me section please select follow up in the flag to drop sown list. Click the home tab in the horizontal bar across the top of your outlook screen. Open the remind me dropdown and select add email reminder.
