Create Calendar Rules Outlook
How to create an outlook rule using existing templates to create a rule in outlook.
Create calendar rules outlook. From the home ribbon in the move section click rules then click manage rules alerts. Select one of the options. Under the step 1 on the conditions page select uses the form name form.
To create a completely new rule at the top of the page select settings view all outlook settings mail rules. A rules and alerts dialog box will open. Calendarrules for outlook is a microsoft outlook add in developed by calendarrules specifically for outlook calendar users.
Choose application forms rather than personal forms and then choose the forms that apply. Outlook automatically suggests creating a rule based on the sender and the recipients. A rules wizard dialog box will open.
Calendar dialog customize view. Click manage rules alerts. In the open calendar drop down list select create new blank calendar.
To view more options select create rule. Create a new rule for when a message arrives. Microsoft certification the folder can be named for your supervisor colleague etc.
Name new folder ex. Click each condition that applies. Click add new rule.
