Export Google Calendar To Print

Use the check boxes to select which calendars should be added to printablecal.

Export google calendar to print. You can t export your calendar from the google calendar app. You can print your calendar from any web browser including chrome and safari. On your computer open google calendar.

At the top right click settings print. If you re not signed in to google automatically click sign in in the upper right corner and sign in with the email address and password associated with your google account. Google calendar is great don t get me wrong but its lack of printing options is the only reason i don t use it.

To print from google calendar select the more button from the top row of buttons and click on print. You will see a print preview showing the view you had selected day week month etc from the preview you can change what is printed by adding a date range or choosing today tomorrow 7 days or 10 days from the dropdown menu. On your computer open google calendar.

After allowing access the list of calendars in your account will appear. In the top right click settings settings. In the menu on the left click import export.

Click the ok button when you re done selected the desired calendars. On the same subject remember to print in draft mode if you don t need a high quality copy. That s all fine if you just want to print a copy of what you see in google calendar but if you want to export custom lists of events filtering by keyword type of event free only private only all day only etc then gcaltoolkit can help you.
