Outlook Calendar Reminder Default
If you select the check box enter the amount of time before the appointment or meeting when you want the reminder to appear.
Outlook calendar reminder default. Normally the default reminder time of all day event is 18 hours in outlook 2007 2010 and 0 5 day in outlook 2013. Outlook 2007 and outlook 2003 on the tools menu select options. Go to file options.
Under calendar options next to default reminders click a new time. Even when you change the default reminder time you still have the choice to specify a custom reminder time for each calendar item that you create. Under calendar options clear the default reminders checkbox.
To have a reminder automatically turned on or off for new appointments or meetings on the preferences tab in the calendar group select or clear the default reminder check box. On the preferences tab clear the default reminder box. Click the drop down box next to default reminders and select a new time.
Reminders alert you to upcoming calendar items such as appointments and meetings. Clear the checkbox to disable reminders on new items. By default reminders occur 15 minutes before the start of these calendar items.
Click the file tab. To change the default reminder time. Click the calendar tab on the left side of the outlook options window.
In outlook 2007 and earlier choose tools options. In outlook 2010 and newer go to file options calendar. To turn off default reminders.
