Outlook Calendar Reminder Noise

Under reminders select or clear the play reminders sound check box.

In the reminder sound file dialog box find out and select a wav file and then click the open button. When you receive a calendar task or flag reminder outlook can play a sound. Select the player reminder sound option if it s now already selected.

This can be helpful if you are in your email inbox often and might miss other forms of notifications it s also useful because you can include a custom message with. Outlook will no longer play a sound when a reminder pops up. Step 2 close outlook step 3 go to the start menu and select run.

Go to file options advanced and scroll down to the reminders section. Switch this off and then click ok. You will still receive notifications for events you may have set but an email message is also sent to your inbox.

Step 6 if you display reminders select or clear the play reminder sound check box and then if you want enter the path of a sound file. Select sounds choose calendar reminder click the bar under sounds to select a sound in the system provided list or tap browse to choose music in your pc and then hit ok. To turn this on or off use the following steps.
